The town of Timnath is looking to add a new crop of retail to it’s growing city and population. This site will be developed with 2 separate buildings. The first offering retail frontage along Harmony Road and the other providing a gym and clinic space. This is a shell space with the ability to sell condo units as tenants come on-board the development.
