The 1980’s building of TruChoice Federal Credit Union’s Portland branch was in desperate need of renovation. The building was outdated and the design concept was starting to become a security issue. The plan was to increase the natural light in the space by adding larger windows, renovating the existing lobby, and adding a new entry canopy to redirect the traffic flow to a common entrance
The work was completed in phases; one featuring the exterior work with the other 2 phases splitting the interior work so the branch could remain open during construction.
Work for this project was completed while at PDT Architects
